Drakkastan is the holy city of Bahamut. It is likely the location of Bahamut's fortress, created in Time Immemorial. Drakkastan's population is entirely military with no civilian complement. During the events of a Celestial Crusade, Drakkastan was spared from the bulk of the damage from marauding Void Creatures due to the structured nature of its populace. As each individual was regularly accounted for, it was impossible to place infiltrators into the ranks.
Zul Fin-Feng served as a liaison between Drakkastan and Sha-Lai prior to the assault on the Void cyst.
